    "We are the Canadian Forces, and our job is to be able to kill people," the newspapers quoted him as saying. "Him" being, General Rick Hillier, Canada's top military officer. I didn't think Canada would stoop to that level. If you didn't read the story, go here and read it. The Canadian army wants to start actively hunting down members of al-Qaeda. I thought we were on a "peacekeeping" mission over there. When will we learn?
