I just finished a very decent ham steak. I just finished walking home from the bus. And I realized that only while walking do I really think about life. I had a couple thoughts tonight. And I'll share:
I've come to realize that there is much more grey than there is black and white. I'm not as sure about things as I was when I was younger. But I came to a conclusion, that there are some things that I am sure of.
I am sure that I didn't bring myself into existence, although I can't prove it, it's something I have faith about (and I'm not talking about the physical aspect of life, I get that part). I am quite sure that something greater than myself had a hand in making me who I am. I am leary of catagorizing that something, but I am sure it is there. For the sake of reference, we'll call that God.
I am also sure that there is a purpose to this life. If nothing else, then it is just to experience. And that is good enough for me. But it may be more. It may be to learn. Everything that has happened to me, up to this point, I can think of some reason for it, or some thing that I have learned from it, or some way that I grew because of it. With one exception. But I'm sure something will come of that.
And I am also sure of how I want to live this life. And it's just a long list of cheeziness, but it's all true. I want to love. And I want to be vibrant. Those are the first two that come to mind.

Cheers to you and your wonderful ways! I am glad to have such an insightful brother who can put MY feelings down on paper!
